 Evergreen - Senior Adults Small Group Connection
The Evergreen Luncheon is a monthly gathering of senior adult Small Groups. It is a time for senior adults to come together as brothers and sisters in Christ to encourage one another and enjoy each other’s company.
Most importantly, this group provides a way for senior adults to connect to Biblical community, to partner with others in prayer, Bible study, accountability, care and celebration of the glory of Jesus Christ.
Bring a covered dish and get connected on Tuesday, October 14, 12 - 1:30 p.m. in the Student Building!
Ooh, That Word!...
"Senior" sounds so ominous, doesn't it? Kinda makes you think we're all relaxed, retired, sitting on the sofas and reminiscing about days gone by.
Hardly! In the Senior Adult Ministry at Brook Hills, we know that being age 55 or older is just the beginning. In fact, we're among the most active and involved groups in our whole Faith Family. We love to serve, rather than be served. We love to give of ourselves, rather than receive from others. It's a vibrant, amazing, fun season of life--and we believe in living it to the fullest!
Seniors Small Groups
Bible study and fellowship are two great cornerstones of our ministry, brought together weekly at Senior Adult Small Groups. It's more than a group of friends around a table. When we center around God's Word, it's a special time of learning, growing and knowing more about Christ and His ways as we follow Him daily. More...
Evergreen Lunch
Join us on the second Tuesday of each month for our Evergreen Lunch at 12:00 noon at the church. We meet for food and friendship and everyone is invited.
Always Open
One of the wonderful things we just love about our Senior Adult Ministry is that there is always room for one more. We welcome you to join us weekly for worship and Bible study, monthly for our Evergreen Lunch, and in between for wonderful times of ministry, fellowship and service together.
